You should already have the message above in your email inbox; the subject line will be “~Quit by Choice~ Thanks for subscribing!” and it will come from the email address “info” at this domain (in fact, all updates from Quit by Choice will have a subject line that starts with “~Quit by Choice~“).
If you don’t get it, check your junk mail folder (and if you find it there, add it to your “safe list” or whatever you need to do with your ISP or email provider to make sure you get future updates).
